The Constant Debate: Film vs. Digital
CAUTION: LOTS OF WORDS AHEAD, BUT FOLLOWED BY PICTURES. There is a constant debate that I have with myself. Should I shoot digital or shoot film? For my fine art, I shoot film. I use a Mamiya RB67. I do this because I can scan a 6x7 negative to make a gigantic print. Something that I can’t do as easily with my 8.2MP Canon 20D. For my fashion work, I just can’t seem to decide. Lately...

WARNING: PHOTO NERD TALK AHEAD I just got a 24mm f2.8 and I am seriously considering selling my 17-40mm f4 and just using my 50mm f1.8 and 24mm f2.8. Especially because digital DOF sucks and I’m hopefully getting the 5D MKII soon.

New Shoots
I have a couple new shoots coming up this weekend. One with a band, the other with a model. I’m pretty excited to be shooting at some new locations… although both shoots may take place at the same locations lol.
